CURRICULUM and GOALSPhysical Education is an important school subject that teaches students about health, personal fitness, teamwork, athletics, and the importance of maintaining a life-long healthy lifestyle. Students will learn skills, acquire knowledge, and develop self-esteem and good sportsmanship through participation in a wide range of activities. Students will learn exercise physiology, body mechanics, and develop a better understanding of their physical abilities. Students will learn the importance of setting goals and attaining them. A balanced physical education program will produce young men and women who have developed maximum motor development, who move with ease and confidence, and who will maintain a high level of personal physical fitness in the future. Our curriculum will provide a wide range of activities throughout the year that will enable your child to achieve success at their own level.
